Salmon Tagliatelle Recipe

4 Servings – Preparation: 5 mn – Cooking: 5-10 mn

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of fresh Tagliatelles
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 branch of dill
  • 1 slice of smoked salmon (80g)
  • Salt, white pepper in a mill

 

Directions:

Boil the water with a little bit of salt and one tablespoon of olive oil in a cooking pot.

As soon as the water starts boiling, put the fresh pasta in the hot water and stir with a wooden spoon. 5 to 10 minutes is sufficient for cooking “al dente”.

During this time, wash and chop the dill. Then cut the salmon in small squares, sprinkle it with lemon and give 3 rounds of white pepper mill. Let it marinate for a while.

When the Tagliatelles are cooked, strain them and pass them under the cold water for cooling them. Put them again in the saucepan and reheat them in full heat for 1 minute.

Pour it in a deep circular dish/bowl, add the fresh cream and the salmon. Mix them well. Sprinkle with the chopped dill, adjust the seasoning to your taste and serve it.
