Easy Stir Fry Pasta Recipe With Vegetables


Easy stir fry pasta recipe with vegetables that takes very little time to prepare and is also very delicious. This is a different way of preparing a simple vegetable pasta recipe with very few spices yet it preserves all its flavors.

Pasta Recipe With Vegetables

Ingredients:

250 grams Pasta (any type of pasta will work) 3 cloves of garlic grated 2 carrots 4 French beans ½ cup bean sprouts 4 baby corn 4/5 spring onions 1 cup of grated raw papaya 1 cube of onion 2 table spoon of Oyster sauce 1 tea spoon of corn flour diluted in to water ½ to 1 tea spoon of white pepper powder 1 table spoon of sugar 3 green chillies chopped (optional) 1 cup of cauliflower cubed 1 capsicum chopped 3 table spoon of olive oil Salt to taste

Procedure:

Wash & cut all the vegetables in small cubes &parboil them before stir frying. Boil the pasta and put it aside. Put them aside in a bowl. Heat 2 table spoon of olive oil in a wok. Add each ingredient one by one and stir fry them (cubed onion, cauliflower, baby corn, French beans, raw papaya, and carrot). Then add salt, white pepper powder & stir fry them again. Next add 2 table spoon of oyster sauce and 1 tea spoon of corn flour diluted in water. Stir fry them again until the liquid dries out. Next add the bean sprouts & the spring onion and also add a little bit of sugar. Stir it again. In another frying pan, add 1 table spoon of olive oil and fry lightly the grated garlic cloves and add the pasta to the garlic and mix it well. Then add the finely chopped capsicum and green chilli (optional). Last of all, mix the pasta with stir fried vegetables. Now it’s ready to serve the delicious recipe of pasta with vegetables. Eat it while it’s still hot to get the best of the flavors.

Tips:

It’s not compulsory to use these vegetables. You can select the vegetables according to your taste like green peas, mushroom, cabbage etc. You can enjoy this recipe for lunch, dinner or even give it to your children to take to school in their lunch box. My husband takes it for his office lunch. Parboiling is usually used to partially cook an item which will then be cooked in another way such as braising, grilling or stir frying.
